Each of our homes frequently run events to fundraise and support a variety of charities. For the past two Christmases, Headingley Hall have chosen to support Homeless Street Angels with their Christmas project. 
 
Homeless Street Angels are an award-winning local charity that provides outreach on the streets of Headingley and Leeds City Centre, handing out hot and cold food, clean clothes, toiletries and more.
 
Over the past few months, the residents and Apartment owners of Headingley Hall have been very busy knitting to make some beautiful blankets and scarves for the charity to distribute on Christmas Eve.
 
Homeless Street Angels wanted to pay a specific tribute to our staff, especially Michele (who works on reception) and Janet (one of our carers) who were key to making the project such a huge success.
