Sylwia has dedicated her career to delivering and championing high‐quality care. To her role as General Manager at Pennington Court, she brings extensive experience from across the care sector, including a period serving as Deputy Manager at Headingley Hall (where she played a crucial role in the run up to the home achieving its CQC Outstanding rating).

Prior to her returning to Westward Care, Sylwia most recently has been working as a Registered Manager, leading teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring exceptional standards of support for clients.
