Sharon Earnshaw 
General and Operations Manager

Sharon joined the care team at Headingley Hall in June 2003 as Deputy Manager and was promoted to Care Manager, taking on full responsibility for the care delivered to the residents in June 2011. She became the home’s General Manager in October 2012 and now is also Operations Manager for Westward Care more widely.

Sharon has worked in care homes since leaving school at 17. She started as Care Assistant and rose through the ranks to Senior Care Assistant and Residential Co-ordinator before leaving her first care home to join Headingley Hall. Sharon believes that good communication skills and developing excellent relationships with residents and their families are key to providing outstanding care and support to everyone.
