A staff member at The Cedars since 2003, Sarah started as a Care Assistant and then progressed into a senior carer role, before taking the positions of Deputy Manager and finally General Manager at the home.

Sarah’s commitment, leadership and compassion have been evident throughout her journey at The Cedars and with Westward Care. Her main goal is to support all the residents to live a fulfilling and fun life and to ensure that excellent care is delivered by all the staff.
