Alison Grice
Quality and Clinical Support Manager

Alison Grice joined Westward Care in October 2024 as the Quality and Clinical Support Manager. Alison is a dedicated and accomplished registered nurse with a first-class honours degree and certifications in teaching, palliative care and dementia care.

Alison has developed a diverse skillset that has been pivotal in various healthcare settings, including district nursing, tissue viability, hospice and nursing homes. She has held management positions, where she honed her leadership skills and commitment to high-quality person-centred care.

Her pressure ulcer prevention/tissue viability, community nursing, palliative, end of life care, coaching and leadership skills have provided her with both the clinical expertise and educational skills necessary to inspire and mentor staff whilst providing excellent quality and meaningful care.
 
Alison believes that quality care, respect, integrity and excellent customer service are essential in creating a positive and nurturing environment within Westward Care, to ensure that the residents and their families feel respected, supported and valued and that all involved are aligned with the goal of offering the best care possible.
