We are delighted that Westward Care’s partnership with NICHE Leeds was nominated for awards in the categories Nursing in Social Care and Care of Older People at the Nursing Times Awards.
 
NICHE Leeds is an innovative research partnership between the University of Leeds, Leeds Care Association, Westward Care, Springfield Healthcare and Leeds City Council, which combines the skills, knowledge and expertise of frontline care workers and academic researchers. Staff and researchers work together to develop new ways of working based on clear and thorough research, insight and experience.
 
Managing Director of Westward Care Peter Hodkinson said: “Over the past year, our staff have been tireless in finding new ways of caring for our clients - and it’s great to see their hard work and resilience being commended through the Nursing Times Awards.
