Thanks to Woodend Nurseries, and to two family members of a former resident of the home, The Cedars has lately been looking healthier than ever.

Recently, The Cedars got an outdoor makeover, with a host of colourful flowers being planted to brighten up the courtyard at the home. These flowers were gifted by Woodend Nurseries garden centre in Great Preston, from which we also had assistance from Johnny, who offered welcome advice on which were the right plants to choose for the garden.

Plants were also purchased for the courtyard by Maria and her mum Flo; in memory of their late (respectively) dad and husband, who loved spending time in the Cedars garden, Maria and Flo not only kindly donated more plants but spent the time helping to plant them all.

Thank you to Woodend Nurseries, Maria and Flo, who have through their generosity brought some additional colour and life to The Cedars.
