Another month, another six Westward Care staff members named Employee of the Month for all their hard work at their respective locations!

The Cedars chef Bogdan Nagirnyi, a recent transfer from Headingley Hall, was announced as The Cedars' top employee in February. Receiving the most nominations not just for how well he has adapted to working with a new team, Bogdan has also improved mealtime service for the residents at the home since his arrival.

Maintenance operative Craig Close was declared a February Employee of the Month for his work at Headingley Hall, where he has gotten a reputation for always adapting to problems and attending to issues promptly, and for never complaining while doing so.

Headingley Apartments' senior support worker Tracey Tennant, meanwhile, was named Employee of the Month for how well she has adapted to her senior position, and for always doing her best to be helpful to both staff and clients.

At Pennington Court, kitchen assistant Rebecca Dodoo was announced as Employee of the Month for her reliability and willingness to pick up shifts to help the kitchen team whenever needed, while Southlands support worker Adwina Bratton was named Employee of the Month at the apartments for being a team player who always goes the extra mile.

Last but not least, Hunslet Moor House senior support worker Gareth Smith was selected as Employee of the Month in February for always reliably being there for others, and for always being in good spirits to boot.

Of course, these weren't the only Westward Care staff members deserving of the title of Employee of the Month in February. Nominations also went to John Beck, Charlie, Liz Jane Upuji and Simon Fiddler at Headingley Hall; Nicola Hunter at Headingley Apartments; and George Onwe at Pennington Court.
