With summer now officially here, Methley Cricket Club is set to play host to a weekend family fun day - and Westward Care is proud to be one of the sponsors of the event.

Starting at 10am on Sunday 29 June, the fun day will feature a cake stall, bouncy castle and raffle, while bacon butties and barbecue will be available for guests to tuck into throughout the day.

The main event, though, will be the three cricket games played at the ground on the day: the Under 9s Boys vs Under 9s Girls match; the Under 9s Boys vs Under 9s Girls friendly; and the Ladies' friendly match.

Westward Care is delighted to be sponsoring the Under 9s Girls team, whose kit we were happy to provide for their first year as a team. Not only is it the team's first year: they're also competing in the boys' league!
