Staff, residents and friends get creative this Christmas

This Christmas we encouraged staff, residents and relatives to grab their paints, pens or pencils and get creative designing Christmas cards for Westward Care.

We had an amazing response which made choosing our winners particularly challenging, however after careful deliberation we chose Sofia as the winner of the Under 11’s category, Sarah as the winner of the Over 11’s and Mavis as the winner of the Residents category.  

 

We also created a special category for a wonderful entry from Mia, the ‘Special 3’s and under’ category. Mia is a regular visitor to Pennington Court with her friends from Flowerpots Day Nursery and it was great to visit Mia to congratulate her on her fantastic piece of artwork and present her with a gift.
