Can you make a difference?
Westward Care Limited is looking to expand its team of dedicated professional Outreach Workers by starting up a new team operating out of its Pennington Court Care Home.
Already an established, respected and successful health and social care organisation based in Leeds, Westward Care is already delivering domiciliary care and support to the residents of its apartments adjoining its Headingley Hall Care Home and Westward Care launched its new ‘At Home’ support service into the local community in the Autumn of 2011 aiming to enrich the lives of older people by offering ‘At Home’ care and support solutions and choices which will enable older people to remain in control of their own lives by promoting independence in their own home.
As an organisation Westward Care understand that many people prefer to maintain their independence. We acknowledge that if an older person needs help or assistance to stay at home they will require a tailor made package of care and support designed just for them. Our ‘At Home’ team aims to provide flexible services to meet individual needs.
We are now ready to open our new Extra Care Plus Apartments adjoining Pennington Court and we are looking to recruit dedicated caring staff to help us deliver our quality ‘At Home’ care and support service.
Generally we will expect you to be able to deliver high quality care and support, relating to privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.
