Residential Care

We appreciate that making the decision to live in a care home is seldom an easy one. We also understand that some people find it hard to manage on their own or need more help at home than their carer can provide.

Our residential care homes and highly trained carers provide both the space and independence to be yourself and the support to maintain a full and rich life in a secure and caring community.

This encompasses everything from accommodation and meals to personal care, including help with everyday tasks, like getting up or going to bed, eating, washing, dressing, using the toilet, or taking medication.

To ensure every person has a say on the care they receive and the activities they participate in, we develop an individualised care plan and make a note of their personal preferences. Our care services are designed to put the resident ‘in control’. Our personal touch means all our residents are treated as individuals and with dignity.

As part of an ongoing process of improvement, we additionally encourage feedback from residents and relatives and continually review our practices.

“Cheryl (Senior Carer) always has a smile, even when under pressure. A very dependable member of staff and a person one can rely on to take good care of the residents, whether high dependency or not.”
