As an organisation, we understand that many people prefer to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes. We therefore offer care and support packages personalised to individual clients, which allow older people in the locality of our facilities to take advantage of our outreach services.

Our outreach service enables private pay clients in the local community to continue living in their own homes whilst receiving a care and support package.

Our outreach team can offer assistance with personal care, escorting services, domestic duties including cleaning & laundry, shopping and meal preparation.
