Amanda started with Westward Care in October 2004 as care assistant, when she attained her NVQ2 & NVQ3. With her continued hard work and dedication she became a Senior Care Assistant in the Willow Unit in 2006.

Amanda has proved herself an excellent role model for all staff, the 'carer's carer, who maintains the high standards of the home and expects the same of all staff.
