Residents are enjoying participating in the new armchair exercise classes. The exercise activity involves stimulating both arms and legs and as this is performed to music the class is enjoyed by all.
The residents from Pennington Court had a wonderful time at the Royal Armories on 8 July followed by a much welcome picnic by the river. This is just the start of an eventful summer.
Headingley Hall residents recently had a trip to Golden Acre Park and everyone agreed it was great fun.
Judith - General Manager went on to say: "The trip was great fun. We walked quite a way, through lush woodland and round the lakeside, so beautiful with meadowsweet and orchids."
