Job Title: Social Activity Coordinator
Based at: Headingley Hall
Pay Scale: Competitive Rates
Hours of Work: 42 hours to be split job share (may consider one full time)
Rota Patterns: Flexibility and willingness to work shifts/weekends/Bank Holidays as required to deliver a full and varied programme.
A/L Entitlement: The annual leave year runs from the 1st April to 31st March following. The full entitlement is 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays) for a full year and pro rata for an incomplete year’s service.
Essentials and Desirable Factors: Numeracy and literacy qualifications and clear spoken English and excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
Headingley Hall is an established and well respected Care Facility for Older people in the Headingley area of Leeds.
Your key role as a Social & Leisure Coordinator will be to work independently and autonomously whilst building excellent relationships with the General Manager, residents and resident’s families.
To be prepared to bring other skills to the workplace to enhance the social and leisure program e.g. art & crafts, gardening, baking.
You will contribute to deliver the vision of Headingley Hall, to ensure a profitable high quality service is planned and delivered. You will lead by example to ensure that all customers and employees are treated with equality, dignity and respect.
You will be required to attend mandatory training sessions plus any additional training programmes.
