Pay Scale: £competitive
Rota Pattern: Early shift 7.00am – 2.00pm, Late shift 2.00pm – 9.00pm
Annual Leave Entitlement: The annual leave year runs from 1st April to 31st March following. The full entitlement is 5.6 weeks (inclusive of Bank Holidays) for a full year and pro rata for an incomplete year’s service. Annual leave is restricted for all staff over the Christmas / New Year period

This position is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Outreach Support Worker to have a key role in running on a day to day basis the team of Outreach Workers to deliver support into the Apartments at Headingley Hall under the guidance of the Outreach & Apartments Manager and Deputy Manager. The individual must have the ability to work using own initiative and as a lone reliable worker. The ideal candidate must be organised and will be required to hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care.
The ideal candidate will be organised, have the ability to work using their own initiative and be expected to deliver high quality person centred care and support, ensuring the privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment of our clients. Your key role will be to ensure that our client’s personal, physical, social and emotional needs are met on a daily basis, working closely with our clients to meet their individual needs and wishes.
