These purpose-built apartments enable people to live a rich and meaningful life that is free from the stresses of running a home. They also benefit from security and round-the clock well-being support.

On request, residents can also take advantage of a full dining, laundry and cleaning service, which can be tailored to suit their lifestyle.

A members' social club additionally provides residents with a varied programme of social activities, outings and entertainment.

Each luxury apartment is self-contained and finished to a very high specification, which includes:

• Lift to all floors
• Fitted kitchen with integrated appliances
• Under floor central heating
• Technology point for TV, computer and telephone
• 24 hour call system with onsite response
• Luxury curtains and carpets
• Double glazing
• Sky package

Some of our apartments have their own personal balconies and some have their own personal patio areas for you to sit out and enjoy the summer.

Each apartment is individually designed and is unfurnished allowing you to bring your own personal possessions and personalise your new home. We additionally offer the option for you to purchase a furniture package consisting of high quality furniture designed especially for your new apartment.

Our Independent Living Service includes:

• Accommodation (available to purchase leasehold or at a weekly rental)
• Maintenance – including internal, external,common areas and personal requests in your apartment
• Amenity charge – including utility charges for heat, light, hot water and power
• Water usage
• Council tax
• Well being service – including 24 hour call system and onsite support services
• Membership of the social club
• Housekeeping services – including some cleaning and laundry

Enhanced levels of service are available in the form of Gold Star Housekeeping Services and a waitress Dining Service, as choices over the standard service offered.

There will also be an additional charge for excursions, therapy treatments, an upgrade to a full sky package and private telephone calls.
