At Westward Care we employ over 200 people across three care homes. Our staff have a wide range of qualifications: from carers working towards QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care, to qualified Registered Nurses. The services we provide reflect the skills and professionalism of our workforce and we are always looking for employees who share our company values.

Care home jobs at the highest level

Care is at the very heart of our operation. With a nursing or care job at Westward Care you will be part of a successful and award-winning team. We also have many other rewarding roles which contribute to a successful care home operation:- administration, catering, housekeeping, maintenance and management.

Extensive training programme

Our staff are our greatest asset. They deliver the high quality care and services our residents deserve. We provide them with ongoing training and development, so they can develop new skills and create fresh ways of working to meet the changing needs of older people. We also provide them with the support network they need in their jobs to be able to deliver excellence every day.

Awards for outstanding care

We recognise the daily contribution our staff make with employee of the quarter awards and a bi-annual employee recognition awards evening. During the past 20 years, 18 members of staff who still continue to work for us have achieved long-service awards. This speaks volumes about the Westward Care team and our culture of care.
