Our Values

Westward Care was founded in 1992 upon the needs of our clients and a commitment to care for and support their health and happiness. Today, we continue to reflect our four founding values in the way we care, the way we act and the way we operate on a day-to-day basis in our care homes and independent living facilities.

This includes:

Quality We aim high when it comes to our care and our facilities, settle for nothing short of excellence and set the standard for the health and social care sector.
Respect We aim to give each client the freedom and support to live a full and active life. We respect their rights to privacy and dignity at all times and give each client the support they need to control their own lives.
Integrity We keep the promises we make to our clients and each other and strive to build confidence and trust. We take pride in our openness and honesty too and aim to treat our clients, and their families, accordingly.
Service We believe that customer service should be more than just a phrase. After all, it defines everything about our approach to care and support. We endeavour to surprise our clients and their families, and go the extra mile to make them feel at home from day one.
