Headingley Hall Gives the Gift of Christmas
Clients, staff and visitors at Headingley Hall Care Home and Independent Living Apartments, have helped make a real difference to a child’s life this Christmas by supporting the Salvation Army’s Christmas Present Appeal.
Over the years, millions of children have benefitted from the Salvation Army’s Christmas Appeal and this year over 100 presents have been generously donated at Headingley Hall.
The gifts will be given to the Salvation Army who will wrap and distribute them to over 150 underprivileged children in Leeds, who might not otherwise have received a present this Christmas.
Sharon Earnshaw, General Manager at Headingley Hall who has co-ordinated the appeal said: “Christmas is a time for giving and we believe that every child deserves a special gift at this time of year. We are delighted to support the appeal and would like to thank all our clients and staff who have made a huge difference to a child’s life this Christmas.”
